An English man from across the pond trying to retrofit AC with great difficulty...

Hello my German friends. I am from the UK and your forum is a lot more active than the forums we have! Our E30s over here very rarely came with AC, and I am in the process of retrofitting AC to my car! Does anyone know of any good guides/literature on this retrofit? I am really struggling as there isn't much information out there...
