PROJECT FOR THE RESTORATION OF A BMW E21 FOR DECORATIVE USE

Several units of both models spend their days in our car park, stored under cover.

Years ago we saw a white E21 from 1981 on a nearby estate, abandoned, rusty, without an engine, with a heavy blow to the chassis. In other words, it was unrecoverable for restoration.

We came up with a crazy idea:
why not restore the bodywork and put it on a wall, so that it would look proud for another forty years!!!!
 

So we searched the internet to see if anyone, anywhere in the world, had done something like this with this classic and mythical BMW and... no, NOBODY HAD EVER THOUGHT OF IT!... SO GO FORWARD WITH THE CHALLENGE, we thought. We will be the first IN THE WHOLE WORLD to do this with an E21.
We have done it during the summer of 2021.

Taking advantage of the fact that in these difficult times the best place to spend our free time was at home, we set about it and in September we finished it.

We had to face many problems and difficulties, but in the end we think we have done a good job.

We decided to document the whole process and in this video you can see the result. ¡¡¡¡ WE LOOKED GREAT, DIDN'T WE? !!!!

Now it has a new life and looks very elegant. Here is our tribute to this BMW E21.
