Heizungsventilrohrreparatur - Nylon 3D-Druck

Hallo!

Sorry for using English, but my German is about next to non-existent condition. English isn't my mother tongue, so we should be all even on that.

My heatcore valve pipe got a crack and I decided to replace only the pipe, not the heatcore valve assembly - and I designed a 3D-model to be printed in Nylon. Anybody interested in this product?

 

For what it's worth, my valve is - as far as I understood it from reading several posts on this forum - what you consider to be membraneless. Actually, that's wrong, it does have a rubber membrane, but it's located under an intermediate 'puck'. I call this iteration (p/no 64111380459) of valve assembly 'the black version' in contrast to earlier grey version which some of you learnt to fix with milkpump gasket and to latest industrial-looking version which features an industrial look and built-in cable. Until I repair my valve I'm not able to tell for sure whether pipes from valves 64111373773 (grey version) and 64111380459 (black version) are compatible or not.

 

All inputs on this matter - whenever positive (e.g. I'll take two! How much does it cost?) or negative (e.g. nein... no trust in those tri-di printy things) - are appreciated. I immigrated from my home country 2 yrs ago, currently starting a new life in south Europe just outside EU and I consider this pipe breakdown to be an opportunity.

Im currently not interested in buying one as my pipes are all working great but I'd like to know how much percent of my liver does this cost? I mean you can tell us the price in Euros or something and I'll surely do the math by myself. This question is probably the one that everybody on this great Forum has in mind while reading.

 

Für alle die kein Englisch sprechen: Der nette Kollege hat ein 3d gedrucktes Rohr entwockelt um das zu ersetzen, was immer mal wieder zu Problemen führt (Teilenr hat er dabei geschrieben, ich weiß gerade nicht wie es auf Deutsch heißt ). Ich habe mit diesem Beitrag nach dem Preis gefragt.

Thanks for your input. I think das ist die Schwarzheizungsventilrohr, if one makes it in German way, or die Tube, if one makes in in really German way.

Re pricing: 45..50e + shipping should leave me a margin for a little bit of profit and even a discount, e.g. for Christmas or Oktoberfest. Nylon PA11 and PA12 are both rather heat-resistant plastics, featuring heat deflection temperatures of 185C and 175C respectively. It can be printed in stainle... in Inox SAE 316L as well, but that will cost one an arm an a leg, i.e. towards to 200e.

 

I can also come up with a model of just a tube featuring no flange for the electromagnetic valve - this could be helpful option for those who want to go with external industrial valve or E36 valve in the engine compartment. The price should be about the same, maybe ~5e cheaper.

 

For what its worth, I'm also working on luftwaff... luftmass... luftmengenmesserredisign: it'll be based on (contactless) digital Hall-effect angle position sensor and microcontroller. Digital design will allow to use a single platform for multiple products: M40/42/43, M20, even LH-Jetronic on M10/S14. Sounds interesting? If so, let me know - and I'll open a new thread on that matter.
