Has mounted a facelift engine in an E30 chassis cab. (motor, engine wiring harness and ECU) Connected everything up etc but will not start. Only kinning ... What will it take to start on this? (imagine there are some differences in cable networks from the preface to the face and that therefore it is up against wrong wiring in the car ... Anybody have experience? Got this in response to another forum: "You do not have the power to control the device. preface has a contact in the glove box with three rows, to control power, tachometer and consumption measures. These three are in the motor connector on the facelift. Do not remember the run number and color on them, but you will find if you looking for some online " Anybody know what colors will be soldered together, etc? Thanks:)

Thanks:) IN NORWEGIAN: (Har montert en facelift motor i ett E30 cab karosseri. (motor, motor ledningsnett og ECU) Koblet alt opp osv. men får ikke start. Er kun kinning... Hva skal til for å få start på denne? (kan tenke meg det er noe forskjeller på ledningsnettene fra face til preface og at det derfor blir feil opp imot ledningsnettet i bilen... Noen som har erfaringer? Fikk dette i svar på et annet forum: "Du har ikke strøm til styre enhet. preface har en kontakt i hanskerom med tre pinner, til styrestrøm,turteller og forbruksmåler. Disse tre er i motorkontakten på facelift. Husker ikke i farten nr og farge på de, men det finner du hvis du søker litt på nett" Noen som vet hvilken farger som skal loddes sammen osv?) Takk :)
